How long will it take to receive my order?
Please allow seven to ten business days for you to receive your order. Most often, you will receive your order before then but it depends on if we have the beads in stock.

How do I know my necklace is available?
All necklaces are subject to availability. We update the site on an ongoing basis to ensure we still have all jewelry in stock. Sometimes we might have several people get an item of jewelry before we have a chance to delete it from the site. If that happens we will contact you and are happy to make something very similar.

What if my jewelry should break?
I will be happy to fix a piece of jewelry should it break on its own. Simply contact us and let us know you are shipping it back and what happened to the piece of jewelry.

What if I want something but don't see it on It Fitz Jewelry’s website?
